Two To Three Weeks Before
- Book your movers and confirm the date
- Apply for your building move-out and move-in permissions
- Book the service lift at both buildings for your time window
- Start decluttering – volume sets your price
The Week Before
- Confirm parking and loading access for the moving vehicle
- Pack non-essentials, or confirm the packing plan with your mover
- Photograph cable setups behind TVs and desks
- Prepare a first-night box: chargers, toiletries, bedding, kettle essentials
Moving Day
- Keep documents, valuables and the first-night box with you
- Walk the team through what stays and what goes
- Do a final room-by-room check before the door closes
